Bravo DC. After the outrageous, but surprisingly stupendous Aquaman, DC dialed itself down a notch with Shazam, a down to earth superhero film. Simple premise: 'Big', mixed in with a superhero story line, and voila.
.it works. Kudos for Zachary Levy in a star making performance as the title character, literally a 14 year old kid in an adult body. Keep this up Warner Brothers and I will be sticking around.
