Review of Shattered Glass (2003) by Ali J — 03 Oct 2008
A really enjoyable movie - well acted, understated and interestingly filmed. Based on the true story of a young journalist who duped a leading American magazine by writing complete fiction and how he was found out, is compelling stuff.
It's a good vehicle for Hayden C, and proved he can act when given a good script and an interesting character, i.e. not wrestling with George Lucas screenplays! Good sideburn rating: 4/10 Steve Zahn sports some good sidies, but the others are a little clean shaven, to give this film very high marks.
Presence of sartorially elegant men: 4/10 A bit preppy, but there was a hint of a good shirt and a nice bit of corduroy in parts.
