Bigger? Yes. Dumber? Definitely! Better? I vote no. I think that the best parts are the opening in Washington D.C. and the parts in Universal. I like that around 20 minutes take place in Universal Orlando Resort, and while this is still an entertaining and fun film , for my money Sharknado 2 did it much better.
Plus, the ending here is a complete cheat on the audience and feels very very stupid.
