The only reason I'm giving this a three-star rating is because of the entertainment value. The acting, CGI, and plot are ridiculously bad, but it's fun nonetheless. What pushed the movie into the decent category is a fantastic cameo by Robbie Rist, who is Michelangelo in the live action TMNT movies in the 90s!
