Sharknado is a non-stop action film featuring an unlikely cast based on the laudable premise that climate change drives the scarce but deadly Selachimorpha ashore to wreak havok. This thought-provoking film tackles themes of aging, environmental change, and family values while balancing heroism and comedy into the mix.

Although overhyped, the movie surprised and entertained me. The film oozes sleeper hit and cult classic potential.
