So bad its awesome! Some of the editing is distracting however like, the superimposed jet skiing, dubious rain and sun in the same shot, rescue of school children off a supposedly submerged school bus. For some reason this was the only thing that bothered me not the bad acting, dubious CGI or the fact that man eating sharks are raining down from the sky! Ian Zeiring getting swallowed whole and then chain sawing his way out while also rescuing a previous victim is alone worth watching this for.
