This movie is awfully boring, and fails at the attempt of paroding bad action movies, trying to be a movie "so bad it's good". Unfortunately for the makers, this is a concept that works better when it's unintentional.
Plus bad CGI is not nearly as fascinating or funny as bad practical effects, and results in being flat and awful to look at.
