How do you rate a bad movie that was produced specifically bad? It's obvious that everyone knew the silliness that they were producing, but it's unfortunate that the silliness didn't come with better effects.
By the end of the movie, despite all the in-jokes and cameos (Judd Hirsch driving a taxi!), it just ended up feeling a bit TOO restrained in its silliness. What would have made it "better?" Definitely work on the sharks.
With so little camera time devoted to the sharks (like in the first one), there's not that much impact when a shark attacks or gets killed. Maybe next time?
