Review of Sharknado 2: The Second One (2014) by Ryan J — 26 Apr 2015

Okay I know you're not supposed to take the film seriously at all and it's not actually supposed to be good but there are still certain things that the film can't get away with. The acting, the characters and the CG are all awful.

If the characters were in the slightest bit likable or if the actors had put in even a slightly good performance, it would have been okay, but even the over the top scenes that are supposed to be bad don't come across as entertaining.

There are bad movies that are so bad they're good like The room. Then there are movies that are so bad, they're just bad like Twilight. This falls under the latter.
