It tries to be hip, cool, energetic, vibrant - and all those other adjectives that are strictly connected to a younger pop-culture - but it comes as a mildly amusing underwater animation. And it's definitely not original in its gags and themes, and distracting because of that.
Good thing about it is the all-star voice cast.
