Just why does this film get so much hate? I personally find it really enjoyable. Sure, the character designs are a bit cringe, but I can easily overlook that because this film is a big nostalgia trip for me.
Will Smith was pretty good as Oscar, and while the character isn't that great for a protagonist, it's still a good enough movie for me. Not as good as other Dreamworks movies, but still full of entertainment value.
