Poor at it's high points, this Piranha wannabe doesn't have a clue how it wants to get there! With a PG certificate, the makers are hamstrung by not being able to show too much which means no nudity, barely any gore and kills that are scare-free that they barely register.
The characters are poorly rounded and not made anything of at all which leaves the sharks as the high point which, luckily, they are. Good effects wasted by a movie that doesn't deserve either them or your attention.
Instantly forgettable.
