Extremely entertaining, silly and fun... You've probably seen clips of this over e-mail at some point, the blending of OTT wire kung fu and football is a fantastic idea and really works, you'll wonder why no one thought of it before! The rest of the movie is an effective blend of weird chinese humor and even at some points lapses into a pseudo musical! There's a little bit too much fake looking CGI, but you can see why it was used, and all in this is a pretty unique and great chunk of laughs.

Try and watch the unbutchered chinese version rather than the US theatrical release....
