Review of Shaolin (2011) by Coralie R — 05 Feb 2011
An epic movie about the history of the Shaolin temple. When General Hao joins the monks to seek refuge, he is transformed by their philosophy and kung fu training. The monks ultimately end up defending the temple during battle making for some excellent fight scenes.
Jackie Chan's charcter of the temple cook adds some comic relief to an otherwise dramatic and emotional story.
