Redemption is actually the story line here, yes you have a power hungry general and you have Andy Lau who seeks forgiveness of the wrongs that he has done. It is a beautiful done movie, it has laughs, it is serious, it is well made and yes Jackie Chan is here as well in a minor but necessary part.
it is well done, it is well photographed, it is well acted, and in general an excellent film.
Don't waste your money on the dvd go ahead and get the BR copy.
