A really nice looking picture. Great colour, great costume, great sets. That in combination with a pretty good story about a mans journey of growth makes for an overall entertaining two hours. Although Jackie Chan stars, he's not really in front of the camera enough to memorable.
Andy Lau did what he does to makes 'Shaolin' another great period piece to come from the east. I just love these type of films.
