Review of Shaolin (2011) by Willma A — 03 Feb 2011
This storyline has been done so many times that it just becomes nothing more than wushu on film with some crying, laughing, a villain looking lazy but serious because his mouth is open and his hair gets in his eyes, and poor villagers.
The wushu and spin on the original was good, but it's too long (like a lot of recent Chinese films). Andy Lau was good as always.
