It's Jackie Chan being Jackie Chan, and Owen Wilson being Owen Wilson....in cowboy outfits. It's cute, and they have some chemistry together both being goofy. I mean, I like the pacing of the Rush Hour movies better, but it's a cute diversion.
Too bad Lucy Liu was underutilized.
