Shanghai Noon is a very smart and really funny Western/Comedy staring Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson. I think that right there is what made this movie work! The two leads Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson were a great team in this movie, they had great laughs together and they make it a great buddy Comedy.

I think Jackie Chan makes a better team with Owen Wilson than he does with Chris Tucker which is saying something because I do like the first two Rush Hour movies. I don't want to compare this movie to Rush Hour because there both completely different movies, but if I had to choose I would say this movie is better.

The reason this movie is better is because it has better humor, better performances by it's cast and a really smart script. This movie also didn't have one person just carrying the movie, like in Rush Hour Chris Tucker carries all the jokes in the movie, but in this movie Shanghai Noon both Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson are funny.

So if you haven't watched this movie, give it a watch because I guarantee you'll be laughing your ass off.
