Review of Shane (1953) by Robert G — 15 Aug 2013

This is one of my grandfather's favorite movies. I remember when I was about 10 and my sister and I got to fly all by ourselves to spend a few weeks with them. My Grandpa showed us or talked about several movies that he thought were the best movies ever made.

First, High Noon then Shane, The Benny Goodman Story and The Sound of Music. At the time I didn't like the movie my sister, 8, and I were just kids who didn't like these movie because they were "old".

After rewetting to movie years later and being old enough to know that some of the best movies were "old". The movie is, in a word terrific, I highly recommend this movie to any and everyone.
