Review of Shampoo (1975) by Chris S — 25 Sep 2008

It's another example of a film with no point at all, about a hairstylist who has chosen the career of hairdressing in order to have sex with a lot of women. He doesn't know the meaning of love and real relationships, and he is unconvincing as he says "I love you" to one of his lovers.

And I couldn't absolutely find any reason why most of the women in this film find him attractive at all. Hey, Warren Beatty is quite good-looking and appealing in Bonnie and Clyde but his character here is such an asshole.
