Crikey. Boyle's big break debut has lots in common with the Coen's Blood Simple and launched Eccleston and McGregor in the mid 90's. It's black comedy at its most grisly. Not particularly scary but makes you feel a little queasy.
Some neat stylistic flourishes to boot.
