Review of Shakespeare in Love (1998) by Brandon W — 23 Aug 2016

This movie was always known to me as the film that beat out 'Saving Private Ryan' for best picture. Not being an extremely big fan of english literature, a film about Shakespeare didn't peak my interest too much.

But, I was pleasantly surprised. Gwyneth Paltrow and Joseph Fiennes truly have great romantic chemistry together and all the supporting cast do a good job as well. This is movie for lovers of acting, production design, and anything to do with shakespeare or English History around that time.

But honestly, not much else I can think of to say. I enjoyed myself while watching it. It's no Saving Private Ryan that's for sure, but a good movie.
