In this BAD MOVIE, Cuba Gooding Jr. plays an assassin for the Black Panthers, who has incest with his mother, Queen of England, played by Helen Mirren. This film is most notable for showing off STEPHEN DORFF's ERECT PENIS.
(Sorry ladies, it's about 3 inches) The only other notable thing about this movie is Cuba dressing in drag, and shooting THE MAN up the ass with his BIG BLACK GUN. Stephen Dorff is typecast ONCE AGAIN as the mega-evil, unlikable DOUCH BAG, who always gets OWNED by end of film for his EVIL WAYS (See Blade, Cold Creek Manor).
