Review of Shadow Conspiracy (1997) by Private U — 16 Aug 2007
An OK movie if you don't want your brain stretched too much. The bad guys have an implacable killer, the good guys always have the bullets miss them, the twists are unsurprising and the whole thing is already looking pretty dated 10 years after release.
On the other hand it does have the wimpiest-looking President of the US in any film I can think of.
