Review of Shack Out on 101 (1955) by Mike P — 15 May 2009
Heres a really wacked out film about a diner thats a front for communist spies. A very young Lee Marvin plays a cook named Slob! And hes every bit of his name. There are random moments of total halarity like when MArvin and Keenan Wynn are lifting weights in the diner, or when Wynn is wearing a scuba suit while holding a spear gun acting like hes on the bottom of the ocean.
This film is insane, sleazy And highly recomended! TCM started to play it recently...so check it out!!
