Review of Sexy Beast (2001) by Dylan L — 26 May 2009
Is it a heist movie? Is it a shocking gangster movie? Is it a character study of restless retired thieves? Since it can't make up its mind about itself, and the performances of these generally very good actors don't really inspire (except for Ben Kingsley, who is excruciating as Don), I won't take the trouble to figure out what the movie is.
