Review of Sexy Beast (2001) by Tara S — 03 Mar 2010
Retired gangster played by Ray Winstone is persuaded back into the game by Ben Kingsley for one final bank job. All the cast in this film play their parts perfectly. Kingsley is both frightening and compelling as Don Logan, who steps away from Gandhi and makes the role leap from the screen.
Winstone is also believable. There are great moments of humour and the violent scenes are not overdone.
