Review of sex, lies, and videotape (1989) by André Ø — 10 Jul 2008

I remember this movie making a big splash in Bulgaria in 1989 maybe because it's a rated R and the predominantly sexual character. Anyway I was not able to see it back then, so yesterday when I saw it at the Sterling Public Library I thought this is something I need to see it's a classic.

Yeah right, what a disappointment it a 4 people's movie about characters with really messed up relationships. I ended up FFW most of it. Itâ??s not my type of movie, there was nothing to learn from it (in 2008) and the actors are so outdated :) and their performance is not great(maybe the idea was to make quite realistic movie that feels more like documentary.

..in fact it feels most of the time like you are in therapy).
