Review of sex, lies, and videotape (1989) by Darren P — 09 Feb 2011
The events in this movie, though rooted in the real world, are completely implausible. I don't believe the story would have unfolded the way it did if it was real life. It is also predictable from time to time.
NONETHELESS, Steven Soderbergh's debut is an honest and intoxicating look at a controversial subject.
