Review of sex, lies, and videotape (1989) by Michael L — 18 Apr 2009
The film on its own wasnt very spectacular but its legacy is far more important than the film itself. it was the first sundance fest big discovery and I can see how it caused a stir in 1989. though in defense of the subject matter, the video/voyeur thing was done pretty effectively in peeping tom.
