The point of the film is to be a funny, raunchy teen flick. And it works. It doesn't stray far from the typical teenage formula, but enough to the point where it makes itself stick out and creates new laughs.
One interesting part of it is its several connections to modern day media outlets. Pretty funny stuff, leave your mind at the door and try to enjoy it, and you shall.
