Review of Sex and the City (2008) by Kat P — 21 Apr 2010

This movie surprised. I've never been a huge fan of the series but watched at least 50% of the episodes so was familiar enough with the storyline to pick up the film where it left off. However I did like the little introduction to the characters at the beginning of the film.

Slightly slow on the uptake but then rolled along nicely until I was hooked and had to find out what happens. It was like a giant feature length triple episode with no adverts in between. The storyline is typical SATC drivel with unbelievable soap character labotomies and turn arounds and I find it impossible to empathise with them but still entertaining albeit annoying.

There was no need to make another sequel though. Couldn't they have just left it well alone? Annoying..
