Review of Sex and the City (2008) by As — 31 May 2008

This is a movie for gown-up women to watch, recognize some aspects of their lives and relationships, and to just enjoy. It was vastly more fun than the reviews led me to expect. Samantha's character needed more work and Miranda's neurosis was not fun to watch - although this is far from the only film out with annoying characters, so that shouldn't impact the ratings.

. And, no, I don't wear Prada - or even like people who do - but that's really not the point of this movie. Friendship, love, good and bad choices and how things change over decades are the story.
