Review of Sex and the City 2 (2010) by Katie P — 05 Dec 2010

I think most women who loved the SATC series would say they did because the characters and relationships were relate-able and the story lines were entertaining yet realistic. SATC 2 was so far from the mark here, the exaggerated situations were so ridiculous I just kept thinking about the Ab Fab special when Patsy and and Edina went to Morocco. The only thing is Ab Fab is meant to be satirical and outlandish.

I heard the film was weak so I waited til I could just Netflix it. Glad I didnt make the effort to see it in a theater. 1 star for tiny glimpses here and there of the old SATC we all know and love.
