Review of Seventh Son (2014) by Matthew B — 18 May 2015

It wasn't as abysmal as "Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters" but at best it was just mediocre, if that. Jeff Bridges has turned his gaze to the CGI monster films and while he has his presence and grittyness working for him, the stories aren't really worthy for his work.

The movie doesn't even has that single "damn-that-was-good" moment and going for the big finale it just falls apart in every way possible. There is no satisfaction to be found here, just a waste of time.
