The first of two roles where Brad Pitt deceitfully plays a decent guy who's real life version was a horrendous racist fighting on the very wrong side of a war. Heinrich Harrer joined the Nazi party in 1933 and held the rank of Sargeant in the SS. Jesse James was a sociopathic confederate racist. Why does David Thewlis keep getting movie roles, he's so fucking ugly.
But hey, I really liked this movie.
