What a great movie. The poor reviews this movie has been getting is a sham. A beautiful movie that has all the emotion and brilliance of any classic. Smith is fantastic as Ben and doesn't deserve the criticism he is receiving for this movie.
I don't want to give away the plot but the end of this movie is so gritty and intense it almost reduced me to tears. The score and music throughout this film is great, a mix of heartfelt ballads and upbeat tunes give this movie a character that really appealed to me.
Smith may not be his witty best in this movie but shows another side to his acting abilities and gives a standout performance in the movie.
