I am surprised to see the amount of negative reviews, I don't know if its my age or situation but this film was compelling and grabbed me from the start and a day later still hasn't let go. I believe it provides a sensational ending and it is all tied in very well to show the events of one mans life on a road to redemption and what he feels he has to do.

No film can ever provide a powerhouse of scenes one after the other, I believe it gets exhausting, the breaks in this film are well timed and the climax is up there as the one of the biggest tear jerkers I've ever seen.

Impeccible acting from Smith and Harrelsons reaction at the beginning was too good.
