Review of Seven Pounds (2008) by Niki C — 10 Jan 2012

Good movie. The story is engaging all the way through, as the main characters motives are clouded with mystery until the end. And even though the outcome always seemed obvious, I found that I was second guessing myself more than a few times.

Smith is always excellent, and has shown his acting range over the last 3-4 years to be worthy of his status. His co-stars in particular, Rosario Dawson and Woody Harrelson offer solid support, and I thought the ending was very well handled.
