Review of Seven Pounds (2008) by Jocey D — 15 May 2013
This doesn't connect itself very well. Some of the plot occurrences seem unnecessary at best. Why even mention his brother, the real Ben Thomas? Was of totally no use to the story. Will Smith does a terrible job at looking concerned for people.
His facial expressions are almost hilarious. Oh and congrats to him for starring in another film where he commits suicide, this trend is just too corny to be moving. Some of the questions in the plot were left unanswered, and even if they were, this film would be far from moving.
Too much feel-good to be enjoyable.
