Films that have heart are widely scoffed at by the critics. Films with an inspirational theme are routinely panned. And so, when the barking dogs all seem to be chasing their tails, I tend to do the opposite of what they recommend, and have seldom been disappointed when I did. Which is why I wanted to see this film.
UTOPIA is a fine film, well-acted, deftly directed, and well worth seeing!
The critics can all go play putt-putt in the Hollywood swamp.
