Review of Seven Chances (1925) by Bastien M — 08 Mar 2009
Finally - my first keaton film I have seen; he is nothing like chaplin, not a "bad" thing - just different. he is more "animated," different of chaplin's animation. I can see a lot of chuck jone's inspiration (if any) by keaton's style (i.
E. music, animation, etc). the storyline of keaton may have needed a bit tweaking (perhaps, assistance of chaplin - I hope they did a performance together, if not perhaps another life). I love silent films - perhaps, I may continue this legacy .
