Review of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (1954) by Renae F — 18 Dec 2007
A total favourite.
Complete lot of chauvinist propaganda though. Definitely written by MEN!!!
Adam was my favourite (always loved Howard Keel), Benjamin was obviously only in their for looks, Caleb is a bit of gay, Daniel and Ephraim (twins?) were a cute pair, Frank was a hottie (and heaps funny whenever anyone calls him Frankincense...), and Gideon was a bit young, but sweet.
The girls were a bit wimpy though...
