For those who liked The Shining then Session 9 is right in your alley and I must say its The Shining for the 21st century in terms of psychological horror. It's eerie and very atmospheric and thats how the movie delivers without needing gratuitous or excessive violence just like The Shining.
The casting and performances from the actors are excellent especially Peter Mullan and David Caruso. Session 9 is a underrated thriller but no wonder why so many horror movie sites on web had this movie on one the best horror films in the past decade.
