As an extremely highly recommended horror film I finally got around to watching this. The word disappointment sums up the film entirely. With buildups to nothing, utilizing cinematic tools improperly. I found myself wanting to yell "CUT!" just in the far hope that they might try that shot again. We spend the entire film waiting for a payoff that never happens. The end is subpar and somewhat confusing. In the end I felt wanting more.
I credit the film for achieving a tiny bit without the use of any special effects or scary children but it loses in the story category. Fantastic location for a film but weak story and characters.
