With a more satisfying ending (aka, one that isn't really confusing), this would be an easy 5-star experience. Heck, even as is, Session 9 is masterful at creating a deep sense of dread. One of those movies I had to stop frequently, just to disengage from the atmosphere.
Even after the credits have rolled, I'm dreading going out into the dark. At all. Like, give me all the light, now.
