An interesting study of an honest man getting entangled into and starting a war with a machine of corruption. Liked Pacino's style a lot :) what could be a bit controversial was the fact that all the street criminals were depicted as Afro-Americans, which seemed a bit racist;yet, then, the white ones, corrupted, were even worse.
