This is one of the best cop films you'll find. It's right up there with LA Confidential in my opinion.
Don't get me wrong, it has its flaws, like the fact that the Jesus look-alike title character becomes a bit one-dimensional as the movie progresses, but it's still a darn good yarn, and a true one at that.
