Review of Serious Moonlight (2009) by Emily B — 25 Aug 2010

I don't understand why this movie got such bad reviews. Although this film takes place almost entirely in a bathroom I loved it.

Louise's husband has just told her that he is leaving her for a younger woman. So what does she do? Knock him out, duct tape him to a toilet and tell him he can't go free until he loves her again of course! What could go wrong? Maybe the psycho gardener breaks into the house and holds them both hostage in the bathroom, with his young lover.

How can a movie go wrong with that plot like that?
